# Arcus Points Valuation

Model Arcus point value using token allocation, FDV and total eligible points. Explore acquisition costs, dilution and break-even valuations.

## Formulas

Total eligible points = weekly pool × program weeks + hidden / other eligible points.

Value per point = FDV × allocation percentage / total eligible points.

New activity costs = weekly notional × trading weeks × (fee bps + slippage bps) / 10,000 + net weekly funding × trading weeks + other total costs.

Net new activity value = newly earned points × modeled point value − new activity costs. Existing points contribute to holdings value but are excluded from new activity profit and acquisition cost per point.

Acquisition cost per point = new activity costs / newly earned points; unavailable with zero newly earned points.

Break-even FDV = non-negative new activity costs × total eligible points / (newly earned points × allocation fraction). Unavailable when newly earned points or allocation are zero.

All FDV, allocation, hidden issuance, unlock and volume-weight assumptions are hypothetical. No guaranteed token conversion, value or redemption is established. Daily notional is multiplied by seven; horizons and pools stay weekly.
